Gazebo sessions are 10am - 2.30pm and 2.30pm - 7pm only. i had a lovely experience at Splashtribe thanks to our waitress, Dermes. Dermes made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly attitude. she took the initiative to ensure our needs were met promptly and efficiently, even going the extra mile to refil our cups with water when she noticed they were empty, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. her attentiveness and genuine care for her customers stood out and elevated my experience at splashtribe. not to mention the really chill atmosphere and good coffee! highly recommend for a relaxing pool day by the beach!

Do make a reservation in advance as the place gets booked up pretty early. Tried our luck to walk-in at 12pm and was turned away. A friendly staff (Yoges) advised us to try again at 230pm. Lo and behold, she availed the sun lounge to us when we returned at 2pm. My kids were so happy and we were really thankful for her help. We had 4 hours of endless play!

Please register and put on record my compliments for Mr. Fauzi, service crew from Splash Tribe! We had a slot at Splash Tribe today morning, and it was raining heavily, and my family was drenched and our food wet from the heavy downpour. Mr. Fauzi saw our predicament, and offered to shift my family to an area sheltered from the rain. He helped us moved our food to another table, and offered hot drinks. My family is extremely thankful and impressed with Mr Fauzi’s customer service. He was thoughtful, friendly and always with a smile! Many thanks, and my family throughly enjoyed my daughter’s birthday celebration at Splash Tribe today!

Family-friendly facility with great atmosphere! Food was good, especially loved the duck wrap and the milkshake. There were lifeguards on duty at every corner which made it safe for everyone to enjoy. Shoutout to Yoges who was really friendly from the moment we stepped into the place! And to all the service staff who were so helpful and approachable :)

Is there an age or height restriction?

We welcome guests of all ages at Splash Tribe. Children under 1.3 metres who cannot swim well must wear life jackets when using the pool, except the waterslides. Life jackets are available at the towel stand. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Is there an indoor area at Splash Tribe?

No, we do not have an indoor area at Splash Tribe. Even though we are fully al fresco, our picnic tables, dining tables, sun loungers and daybeds are fitted with parasols. Each gazebo is sheltered at level 1 and fitted with a parasol at level 2.

I’m running late for my reservation, what should I do?

We will hold your reservation for 30 minutes. If you are running late, please let us know by contacting us at +65 62777096.

What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with no cancellation fee imposed. For no-shows or late cancellations, a cancellation fee of SGD 100 per reservation for all bookings will be charged.
