Personal photography and videography are permitted at selected locations. We ask that our guests respect the privacy and comfort of others while taking photos. Please refrain from taking photos of other guests without their permission or causing any disruption or inconvenience to other guests. Additionally, we ask that you do not take photos in any restricted or prohibited areas. Production cameras and drones are not allowed at the premise without prior consent from us. We strive to create an environment that is accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities. Accessible toilets are available at multiple locations within the premises. There is also lift access at the HyperDrive building for guests to reach level 2 cafe and viewing deck. Flat concrete pavement walkway connecting the entire premise allows for smooth point to point travel. However, some venues may not be wheelchair accessible or wheelchair-friendly due to the nature of the activity.  

Pets are allowed at +Twelve (selected areas) and The Palawan Food Trucks but must be leashed at all times. Only dogs are allowed at The Palawan Dog Run and they do not need to be leashed while inside. Registered service dogs are allowed at certain venues. Please check the respective venue’s FAQ for more details.

Nursing rooms are available at HyperDrive, Splash Tribe and +Twelve.

To ensure safety and security for all, The Palawan @ Sentosa is monitored by CCTV surveillance at all times.

Children must be 6 years old and above and at least 1.1 metres to play on the HydroDash course. All 6 years old children must be accompanied by an adult at a 1:1 ratio. All adult companions are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children on the course.

Buoyancy aid will be provided for all participants and it is mandatory to keep it on while on the course. Although buoyancy aids will be provided, all participants are required to swim a short distance of 20 meters (with a life jacket on) to reach the course.

Our Inclement Weather Insurance allows you to enjoy a one-time reschedule of your HydroDash play to any other date within 30 days in the event of inclement weather (heavy rain or lightning warning). The inclement Weather Insurance is non-refundable and valid for one-time reschedule only. The rescheduled date and time slot is subject to availability. Please email us your confirmation order number along with your preferred visit date and session time and we will update your booking.

You can still take part in the rain, and HydroDash is just as much fun in the rain! In the event of lightning warning, play will be suspended temporarily or cancelled for your safety. If you have purchased an Inclement Weather Insurance together with your ticket, you will enjoy a one-time reschedule to return and play another day.

All participants are expected to read the Rider Agreement and agree to the terms before entering the HydroDash course. The Rider Agreement is available on our website here and on site at the HydroDash ticketing counter.

To secure your slots, we highly encourage purchasing tickets on our website in advance as slots availability is limited per session.

Participants should arrive ahead of time for their session to fully utilise the session access. We are unable to extend the session for latecomers.

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session so that you have sufficient time to get changed (if required), be fitted with a buoyancy aid and attend the compulsory safety briefing.

All participants need to be on the beach, dressed and ready upon the session start time. Full safety briefing will be conducted at the top of the hour. Should you arrive when a safety briefing has commenced, please wait for our staff to complete the current briefing and you will be briefed separately.

All tickets are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once issued. No refunds or reschedules will be permitted for no-show or change of mind. A one-time reschedule within 30 days will be permitted for wet weather if Inclement Weather Insurance is purchased together with the admission ticket.

Proper swimming attire (such as swimsuits, rash vests, broad shorts) is required. All swimming attire should be free of rivets, buttons or other hard objects. Jeans and traditional attire are not allowed for safety reasons. Please remove watch, jewellery or other sharp objects before entering HydroDash.

We do not recommend any form of eye wear including contact lenses as slip and falls are highly likely during play.

We are situated in the middle of the sea, so think lots of sun and sea. Come prepared with plenty of sunscreen and water to stay hydrated. If you tend to get seasick, you might want to grab a small bite and some seasickness pills before your session. We also recommend that you pack a towel for showering after play.

For safety reasons, participants are not allowed to bring any personal electronic devices such as mobile phones and cameras onto the course.

You are responsible for your own belongings, and we would strongly recommend that you use the locker facility located beside the HydroDash ticketing counter. Please note charges apply.

Yes, you are free to bring your own food and beverages, but no consumption of food and beverages is allowed on the course. 

No alcohol consumption should take place before or while playing on the course. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a person is under the influence of alcohol.

The water quality at Sentosa is monitored and checked regularly by the National Environment Agency. Fish and other marine creatures can be found in the open water environment around HydroDash. For your own safety, please do not disturb them.

Do not enter and participate in the course if you have any medical conditions that prevents you from physically demanding activities, or if you have not been physically active for some time. Pregnant women are strictly prohibited from entering the course for their own safety. Those with pre-existing injuries may risk aggravation. Please be responsible for your own safety, we will not be held responsible for any aggravation of existing injury. 

Participants will not be allowed on the course if they are found to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

All participants who wish to drive the go-kart alone must be at least 9 years old and 130cm tall. Children who are at least 90cm can ride Dual Kart with a driver who is min. 18 years old and 140cm.

For the safety of all guests, all participants are required to wear the safety helmets provided by HyperDrive in the correct size determined by our crew. Helmets are available in sizes XS to XXL. Helmets are provided on a first come first served basis for participants of each session. If the appropriate helmet size is not available, participants may be allocated to the next available karting session. In the event our crew determines that none of the sizes are suitable, a refund will be provided.

Junior Kart: Participants must be 9 years old and above and at least 130cm tall to drive our Junior Kart. The kart is designed for children where it is easier to manage in terms of acceleration and steering wheel control. Junior Kart can go to a maximum speed of 30km/h at Novice Level.

Senior Kart: Participants must be 9 years old and above and at least 140cm tall to drive our Senior Kart. The kart is suitable for participants who are seeking a more satisfying go-kart experience with better acceleration. Senior Kart can go to a maximum speed of 30km/h at Novice Level. Senior Kart can also go at a maximum speed of 50km/h at Advance Level – participants will require a valid car or motorcycle license, min. 18 years old and achieve lap time of 34.5s and below at Novice Level. Advance Level tickets can only be purchased on-site after lap time qualification and licence verification.

Dual Kart: The kart can seat 2 participants – 1 driver and 1 passenger. The driver must be min. 18 years old and is at least 140cm tall. The passenger must be at least 90cm tall. Dual Kart can go to a maximum speed of 30km/h at Novice Level.

*Do note that only Junior and Dual Karts can be in the same race session. Junior and Dual Kart will not be in the same race session as Senior kart.

No, participants who fulfil the age and height requirement but do not have a car or motorcycle license can drive our Junior , Senior or Dual karts at Novice Level with a maximum speed of 30 km/h. Participants who wish to drive our Senior Kart with a maximum speed of 50 km/h must possess a valid car or motorcycle licence, min. 18 years old and achieve 34.5s lap time at Novice Level. Regardless of driving ability, all participants are required to attend a compulsory pre-race safety briefing before entering the tracks.

Participants who wish to race under Advance Level with speed limit of 50km/h will require a valid car or motorcycle license, min. 18 years old and achieve lap time of 34.5s and below at Novice Level. Tickets can only be purchased on-site after lap time qualification and licence verification. Only Senior Kart is eligible for Advance Level racing.

Yes, we are a 3-level indoor electric go-kart arena so you can kart comfortably in an air-conditioned environment and do not have to worry about wet weather.

Each ticket is only valid for the selected day and race session.

Each session is approximately 30 minutes including compulsory pre-race safety briefing, gearing up and 8 minutes on track.

To secure your slots and prevent long waiting time, we highly encourage everyone to purchase tickets on our website in advance as availability is limited per session.

Participants should arrive ahead of time for their session to fully utilise the session access. We are unable to extend the session for latecomers.

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session so that you have sufficient time to complete a Driver’s Declaration and Waiver of Liabilities Form, keep your belongings, get fitted with your gears and attend the compulsory pre-race safety briefing. All participants must attend the pre-race safety briefing before entering the tracks.

Yes, all participants are required to sign the Driver’s Declaration and Waiver of Liabilities Form before entering the tracks.

For children under 18 years old, a guardian (above 18 years old) is required to register and sign waiver together with the child. The guardian will need to first register an account with HyperDrive and sign the waiver. Once that is completed, the guardian may proceed to register an account for the child.

Upon creation of the account for the child, the system will prompt for the guardian’s details. Input the details that were used to register the account and the system will pull out the guardian profile automatically. The guardian and child may then proceed to sign the waiver and complete the registration.

All participants should wear covered and comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement for the race (e.g.t-shirt and pants). Participants in loose clothing (e.g. dresses, flare pants) are required to rent a racing suit at HyperDrive. Any accessories that may hinder movement should be removed before going on tracks.

All participants are required to wear a balaclava. Participants may bring their own balaclava or purchase it at HyperDrive.

Covered shoes are compulsory. Heels, slippers, sandals, open toe and platform shoes are not allowed. Complimentary covered shoes rental is available at HyperDrive, sizes from EU 33 – 44.

Safety helmets will be provided for all participants. Due to safety regulations, all participants are required to wear the safety helmets provided by HyperDrive.

We recommend participants to wear contact lenses if available. As safety helmets are required to be worn during the race, certain type of glasses may be difficult to put on under the helmet.

Yes, small lockers for mobile phones and accessories are available inside HyperDrive for all participants at no additional cost.

No outside food and drinks are allowed at HyperDrive. Please consume all HyperDrive Café food and drinks within the designated dining area on level 2.

All participants 3 years old and above are required to purchase a ticket to enter the course. Children under 3 years old are welcome to join their family at the course, free of charge but they will not be assigned their own putter or golf ball. All children under 13 years old will require at least 1 accompanying and paying adult to enter the course.

UltraGolf is suitable for both beginners and seasoned golfers. Each hole comes with 2 different tee-off points, allowing both beginners to enjoy the game and seasoned participants to challenge themselves.

It takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete the entire course. The 18-hole game must be completed in one sitting by the same ticket holder within the stipulated session.

Yes, each ticket holder will be entitled to one putting club and one golf ball provided by UltraGolf. No sharing is allowed, and both the putting club and golf ball must be returned to the ticketing counter upon completion of game.

You are encouraged to dress comfortably and come in proper covered footwear; no sharp heeled footwear is not allowed on the course.

We provide golf putting clubs, golf balls, scorecards and writing materials. As UltraGolf is located outdoors, you are advised to bring along a cap, sunscreen and water to stay hydrated.

You can bring along your belongings onto the course. For bulky items, you can store them at the lockers around The Palawan @ Sentosa.

Yes, the minimum age to enter +Twelve is 16 years old. The +Twelve beach club experience, food and beverage offerings, as well as entertainment experiences cater to guests aged 16 years old and above only. For ordering and purchase of alcohol, our crew may request for proof of identification to verify your age.

We recommend families with children and younger guests to consider our family-oriented beach club Splash Tribe which has a resort-style pool and amazing wet play area.

No, as seats are subject to availability. We welcome you to select your preferred seating area and our team will allocate seats according to availability within your selected seating area.

The maximum depth of our pools is 1.2 metres.

No, we do not have an indoor area at +Twelve. We are an al fresco beach club with unobstructed views of the beach and sea. Even though we are fully outdoors, our picnic tables, daybeds and lounges are fitted with parasols, and each cabana has an overhead canopy.

We strongly recommend that you make a reservation for your preferred seating area in advance. Click here to book. If you arrive without a reservation, please be advised that seating will be subject to availability at the time of walk-in. While we always strive to accommodate all guests, we cannot guarantee immediate seating without a reservation.

We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes. If you are running late, please let us know by contacting us at +65 62777095.

Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with no cancellation fee imposed. For no-shows or late cancellations, a cancellation fee of SGD 100 per reservation for all bookings will be charged.

We welcome guests to dress in casual and comfortable attire. Proper swimming attire must be worn in the pools at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry of guests who are not dressed appropriately.

We welcome you to bring a Champagne, wine or spirit of your choice, as long as they are duty-paid and are not available on our menu. The following corkage charges will apply:

No, we do not store unfinished alcohol for guests. We will be happy to assist if you would like to take away the bottles that you have purchased.

Last order must be placed at least 30 mins before the end of your session.

Towels are provided and must be returned at the end of the session. If towels are not returned, SGD 50 will be charged to the credit card on hold for each towel.

We welcome guests of all ages at Splash Tribe. Children under 1.3 metres who cannot swim well must wear life jackets when using the pool, except the waterslides. Life jackets are available at the towel stand. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

No, we do not store unfinished alcohol for guests. We will be happy to assist if you would like to take away the bottles that you have purchased.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, floats are not permitted in our pools. Floats that are used to aid in buoyancy for safety purposes may be allowed at our crew’s discretion for guests who are not able to use the life jackets provided at our premises.
