Syika & Rafn & Iz were very friendly toward us. This is the 2nd time we come and we really enjoy our time here. Both time there were very caring, teaching us how to play the golf and go over the rule with us patiently. Would recommend this place!!

brought my family here for my little boy birthday and we had a blast!! staff were so polite and friendly. they even play with my baby and were so friendly with them. my girl and my boys love the staffs there. they are pretty too!! two of most amazing staff would me Aisyika & Rafidah :) such a bonus point for that. will truly come back <3

the staff for the day syika,raf,fel was awesome and very patience on a busy day. it was fun and I would really recommend ultragolf to my friends.. Hope to come down again

Had a wonderful experience with my colleagues here at UltraGolf. Most of us are first timers and are trying out golfing for the first time. All participants 3 years old and above are required to purchase a ticket to enter the course. Children under 3 years old are welcome to join their family at the course, free of charge but they will not be assigned their own putter or golf ball. All children under 13 years old will require at least 1 accompanying and paying adult to enter the course.

UltraGolf is suitable for both beginners and seasoned golfers. Each hole comes with 2 different tee-off points, allowing both beginners to enjoy the game and seasoned participants to challenge themselves.

Our Inclement Weather Insurance allows you to enjoy a one-time reschedule of your UltraGolf play to any other date within 30 days in the event of inclement weather (heavy rain or lightning warning). The inclement Weather Insurance is non-refundable and valid for one-time reschedule only. The rescheduled date and time slot is subject to availability. Please email us your confirmation order number along with your preferred visit date and session time and we will update your booking.

In the event of lightning warning, play will be suspended temporarily or cancelled for your safety. If you have purchased an Inclement Weather Insurance together with your ticket, you will enjoy a one-time reschedule to return and play another day.

Participants should arrive ahead of time for their session to fully utilise the session access. We are unable to extend the session for latecomers.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your session so that you have sufficient time to collect your equipment and attend the pre-game briefing.
