Been here 3 times already and my babies enjoy being here! Was serviced by Shahqena and she was such a delight :) she helped us with getting a table even though I walked in late at 5pm. We were unable to make a reservation earlier but I still decided to bring my family to try my luck. She made it possible for my family to enter! 🙏🏻 super grateful! We had a splendid time! Great chill out place for parents! Staff is really attentive. My daughter had a nose bruise from knocking into the pool wall and help was immediate. Kiddo had a great time at the water pools regardless. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent Service by Shaqena and Yoges I had a wonderful experience thanks to Shaqena’s and Yoges excellent service. They was extremely professional, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen carefully and ensured that everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What stood out the most was her warm attitude and genuine dedication to providing the best possible service. They made the whole experience comfortable and pleasant, and their attention to detail truly reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction. Splash Tribe is also a very nice place to chill and relax, especially for families and kids. The atmosphere is fun, vibrant, and perfect for spending quality time together except for the food which is limited and expensive Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate Shaqena and Yoges for going the extra mile. Highly recommended! 🌟

Love the chill vibe. Adult can just sit to drink and chill while the children play. Life guard is always at standby. The crew there is very friendly and helpful. Rendered help to us when my child injured herself.

Great day out for younger children and a relaxing break for parents/grandparents!!. You can either book a cabana or a table, both with sunshade, and order food and refreshments (alcohol included) which is brought directly to you. Service is quick. Definitely recommend for anyone living in Singapore or visitors alike. We took the cable car from Mount Faber to reach Sentosa and Splash Tribe, which added to the children's enjoyment of the whole experience.

In addition to the minimum spend, a cover charge of $10 is applicable for every guest 5 years old and above. Cover charge is waived for all entries from 5pm daily.

Is there an age or height restriction?

We welcome guests of all ages at Splash Tribe. Life jackets are strongly recommended for children under 1.3 metres in height, except on the waterslides. Life jackets are available at the towel stand. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool.

I’m running late for my reservation, what should I do?

We will hold your reservation for 30 minutes. If you are running late, please let us know by contacting us at +65 62777096.

What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with no cancellation fee imposed. For no-shows or late cancellations, a cancellation fee of SGD 100 per reservation for all bookings will be charged.

How do I amend my reservation?

Please contact us at +65 62777096 and provide us with your reservation confirmation number for further assistance.

Are swim diapers mandatory?

Swim diapers are mandatory for children 4 years old and below. Diapers are available for purchase onsite at S$2 per piece. Any form of pool pollution – including urinating, discharging of fecal matter or spitting – is strictly prohibited. If pool pollution occurs, pools will require a 4-hour closure for cleaning. Guests found polluting the pool will incur a cleaning fee of S$800.
