This place is amazing, we just had my daughter's birthday party here and it was very pretty. The kids had a really nice time, per person our spend was actually not that much. Edit I have just looked at the other reviews. If you start asking is this playground one of the islands top water parks the answer is going to be no. Indeed it only charges you $10 per person to enter and the rest of your money is spent on buying dinner/drinks, so you're going to have phenomenal issues with using that as a yard stick. If you ask is the food comparable to a nice resteraunt in Marina Bay Sands the answer will also be no, this is not Michelin guide aspiring food as a lot of its targeted at feeding families 😉. The important thing about this place is its very similar to getting access to the grounds/water playground of a hotel like the two shangri la's, or the W Hotel. But with a much smaller price tag, and the money you do spend mostly goes towards buying the family dinner. We habitually visit both shangri la hotels and the W Hotel, splash tribe is cheaper but approximately the same facilities.

Very clean pools fun activities for kids my kids loves the water park very nice and helpful employees, I really love this water park and pool it’s calm and relaxing and amazing view so far this is the best water park I’ve been to with my kids

We visited Splash Tribe as a family of four on a weekday to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was a fantastic first experience! A huge shout-out to the lady at the entrance (I missed her name!) who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even when a storm hit, the staff continued to provide full, excellent service. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be visiting again soon!"

First time here. Brought my son to celebrate his birthday today and we had the best experience with everything provided for us. My son enjoyed the food and splash. The experience made it even more exclusive and special when the staffs went above and beyond for us. Shout out to Ashley Towpich (outlet manager) and Yoges for checking in on us always. Will definitely come back with my son again and will definitely come back with more people! ❤️

Very very fun and enjoyable place to go with family and kids.its been my umpteenth times head here. The food is delicious, the lifeguards makes everyone safe swimming and especially the staff is attentive and friendly.

Is there an age or height restriction?

We welcome guests of all ages at Splash Tribe. Children under 1.3 metres in height must wear life jackets when using the pool, except the waterslides. Life jackets are available at the towel stand. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool.

I’m running late for my reservation, what should I do?

We will hold your reservation for 30 minutes. If you are running late, please let us know by contacting us at +65 62777096.

What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with no cancellation fee imposed. For no-shows or late cancellations, a cancellation fee of SGD 100 per reservation for all bookings will be charged.

How do I amend my reservation?

Please contact us at +65 62777096 and provide us with your reservation confirmation number for further assistance.

Are swim diapers mandatory?

Swim diapers are mandatory for children 4 years old and below. Diapers are available for purchase onsite at S$2 per piece. Any form of pool pollution – including urinating, discharging of fecal matter or spitting – is strictly prohibited. If pool pollution occurs, pools will require a 4-hour closure for cleaning. Guests found polluting the pool will incur a cleaning fee of S$800.
