We were abit lost while registering for the sessions but the staff, Vanessa, was very helpful and professional while serving us. She was also very patient in explaining to me the ongoing June holiday promotion. There was also another female Chinese staff (didn't get her name) and she was also very helpful in assisting me do the declaration for my kids. It was great and fun driving the hyperdrive karts but even more pleasant experience being served by the above wonderful staffs.

Super fun karting experience! We brought my 15 year old son here for his birthday and everyone loved it! Wish there was a way to get pics of us in the actual karts before or after the race, something for management to consider in future! But overall a great experience! Service was wonderful as well!
