Experience a special culinary highlight at +Twelve as part of the Mastercard Presents: Sentosa Gastronomy Trail, happening till 31 May 2026. Featuring a collaboration with The Proper Concepts Collective, the experience brings together creative culinary artistry and beachside dining at Singapore’s adults-oriented beach club.

The Proper Concepts Collective is a Singapore-based hospitality group with recognised concepts such as RAPPU Handroll Bar, a sushi bar that specialises in hand-rolled sushi.

Curated by The Proper Concepts Collective Group Head Chef Samuel Ong, +Twelve presents an exclusive dish, the Crab Brioche with Uni, which showcases refined coastal flavours. A buttery brioche bun is layered with sweet Zuwaikani crab and briny uni, then delicately finished with edible flowers. The result is a light yet indulgent bite that balances sweetness with rich umami, a sophisticated expression of the sea designed to complement +Twelve’s contemporary dining style.

As part of the collaboration, guests who purchase the Crab Brioche with Uni and pay with Mastercard can enjoy 20% off their total bill at +Twelve.

The Crab Brioche with Uni is available at S$28++ for 4 pieces.

In addition, from now till 31 May, guests who spend a minimum of S$100 nett at +Twelve can present their +Twelve receipt at handroll bar RAPPU to receive a complimentary handroll of the month. Guests who present a receipt from RAPPU during the collaboration period can receive 1 complimentary welcome cocktail at +Twelve.
