I just wanted to express our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful experience we had at Splash Tribe during my son’s birthday celebration — our second time celebrating his birthday there. A special shoutout goes to Aisyah and the manager on duty, who truly went above and beyond to make the day special. From the moment we arrived, Aisyah greeted us warmly. She was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly friendly throughout the day. Even though we arrived to find only one dining table and a daybed left—quite far apart—both she and the manager made the extra effort to rearrange and combine two tables to better accommodate our large group for celebration. Her cheerful demeanor and their proactive service made both the children and adults feel genuinely well cared for. Thanks to Aisyah and the rest of the team, my son had a birthday he’ll always remember. We truly appreciate the effort and attention that made it such a smooth and joyful experience.

We had a fantastic party at Splash Tribe for our son’s birthday! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The food was amazing—delicious and well-prepared, which all the kids and parents loved. Special thanks to Ashley and Yoges for going above and beyond to make the afternoon extra special. We will definitely be back again!

Yoges was a brilliant front of house. She brought us to our tables and seats and made us feel so welcome. Food was awesome and service was fast. Kids had so much fun with the slides and us adults were just chilling. Water in the pool was warm. We will definitely be back!

Try come early as not busy during the week. Gets busy from 2pm onwards. Great pool and kids water castle. Unfortunately if there is lightning warning you have to get out of the water for 45min, so can be little annoying.

I’ve visited Splash Tribe a few times with my daughter, and we’ve always had a great experience. A special shoutout to Ms. Yoges for her warm and friendly service and for going the extra mile! There were 2 other young gentlement that were attentive, showed a strong sense of ownership, and were proactive throughout our visits.
