I just wanted to express our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful experience we had at Splash Tribe during my son’s birthday celebration — our second time celebrating his birthday there. A special shoutout goes to Aisyah and the manager on duty, who truly went above and beyond to make the day special.
From the moment we arrived, Aisyah greeted us warmly. She was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly friendly throughout the day. Even though we arrived to find only one dining table and a daybed left—quite far apart—both she and the manager made the extra effort to rearrange and combine two tables to better accommodate our large group for celebration.
Her cheerful demeanor and their proactive service made both the children and adults feel genuinely well cared for.

是否必须穿着游泳纸尿裤？
4岁及以下的儿童必须穿着游泳纸尿裤。每件现场售价为2新加坡元。任何形式的泳池污染行为（包括排尿、排泄粪便或吐痰）均被严格禁止。如发生泳池污染，泳池将需关闭4小时进行清洗。若有客人被发现污染泳池，将必须付清洁费用800新加坡元。
